You didn't really mention any advantages. You have two options with the contracts. You can take the penalty which is like $250 which goes down each month and you could then sell it online. Or you could just upgrade your contract when the next big thing comes out just like the people with the 1st gen. How can you not find the GPS helpful? If I remember right, you needed direction in getting to 40 from wash ave. Your also forgetting about all the great features of the 1st gen. I agree with Nick.
