Wait, those guys look familiar.
I was walking through b3 (apparently that is their nickname), and saw a print of what looked like the Mizzou/Nebraska game…
I walked closer to check out the piece, and to my surprise, I saw what looked like the back of one of my friends—Dan “the man” Bockhold.
I am talking about is the gentleman in the blue coat in the corner of the painting. I know what you are thinking—that could be just about anyone. But, I think it is him for three reasons: (1) the tense, arms crossed pose is a classic Bockhold gameday pose, (2) I remember watching that game from that vantage point (although, admittedly the memory is a bit blurry), and (3) the two guys next to him look a lot like the Wrangler and Eric (aka Thundercat).
What do you think? Am I seeing things or is that Bockhold?

First off, thanks for the Thundercat reference. I have not heard that in a while. That definitely looks like Rengel and somewhat like me but the person your depicting as me in a huge stretch. I still do not remember sitting over on that side of the field. The question is if Dan has a blue raincoat. What year was this game?

I don’t think we ever sit there for a Nebraska game. However, I do recall sitting in that location for one game. It might have been a Colorado game in 2004? That does look like the hat I ware to games and I do have a blue coat or a blue rain coat which I had at the time. Shouldn’t Rengel be waring a Colby Smith jersey?

I definitely remember being in that area the first time we beat Nebraska. And, the fact that you have a blue raincoat pretty much seals it for me…that is you.

The first time we beat Nebraska, Eric and I were sitting in the student section RR (or was was it NN?) were we watched people tripping over the step (which I may add was a very entertaining half-time show). Can you tell what color the opposing team is wearing? I will say though it really does look like me.

I am still uncertain that is a Nebraska game. Wouldn’t they had the stands on the fields if that was the case. With that said, I really do think that is Dan since he does fold his arms like that, looks like him, and has a blue rain coat. The thing that will determine it more definitely is if Rengel has a yellow Tigers shirt like that shown.

I agree, I believe it to be us. I also think I know the girl in the picture. I think she is Casey, a Biological Engineer, which I remember sitting by in the game we sit at that location. I agree with Eric. I don’t think it is a Nebraska game because the GA section would be full,
