Based on that article, it seems like you might need to have the ultimate version to get it to work. I have not gotten mine yet. I noticed on the packaging that it said it was only an upgrade for Vista. It said you had to do a clean install if going from XP. Not sure about Window 7 Beta build but it looks like you can use the one you have for a fresh install. Did you get your copies?
